"Must improve of service standard. Room rate quite high but amenity in room was below expectation. Hotel should provide more train staff. "Basically you get what you pay for with this hotel. I had a few issues with one or two of the staff not being very helpful or friendly but we all have our off days i suppose? The rooms were cleaned to a resonable standard (got what you paid for). I think the whole of the hotel could do with a bit of a make over as it is looking a bit dated and worn.I would have no problem stopping here again depending on the price? "Had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. It is not in middle of the tourist action but easy to get to everything. Swimming pool was clean, breakfast buffet had western and thai style food. Staff was helpful and all spoke a little english. Internet service in the room was 100 bhat for 24hours but intermittent and weak if working at all. No strength for skype. The lobby service is better 50 bhat for an hour but the logoff sequence was longwinded and the hour could be wasted if not logged off between uses.
