by Xia Nong Visit Date:January 25, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This is a nice hotel with beautiful decoration. I, with my wife and son stayed for three nights (Jan. 24-26th). Everything seemed good except only one thing. Our depature flight is in the early morning and I told the Hotel that we had to check out around 6:30AM. Since the breakfast starts at 7:00AM, I told them afternoon the day before we check out that it s OK that we would not take the breakfast. When I checked out at 6:30AM I was informed that we had to pay THB500 for my son s breakfast for two days as the room rate only included the breakfast for two persons. I asked if it s possible to exempt it because we don t take today s breakfast. The Hotel staff s reply is I ve already prepared today s breakfast and you can take it now . In fact there s nothing prepared in the kitchen at that time (PS. there re only 12 rooms in this Hotel. The cook makes the breakfast as per guest s order.).Of course the room rate didn t include my son s breakfast and I should pay and paid for it. THB500 is the small money. However if I were the manager of the hotel I would not charge it. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | December 29, 2011

by Traveller Visit Date:November 16, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The Amata Lanna hotel and its staff made a great first impression. We have stayed there for 4 nights and during our stay we were slightly dissapointed mainly because of the quality of hotel service e.g. there is no choice for the breakfast, they did not want to made a late check-out without a reasonable reason. Nevertheless the hotel is beautifull and the stay we have found fair enough." | Gut., October 23, 2011

by Claudia Mangel Visit Date:December 27, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "great location to stay in the center of Chinag Mai whilst still enjoying a quiet, cozy atmosphere in a beautiful garden with nice pool, lush vegetation, beautifully and rich furnished rooms and very attentive service. The best you can possibly choos if you prefer a small hotel with 12 rooms instead of staying in a big hotel. It is completely worth the money. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | January 3, 2011

by Ian Sim Visit Date:June 24, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This is a charming, small hotel that brings the jungle into the city. Within the walled compound there is an abundance of trees and shrubbery and a small plunge pool. The room was comfortable and spacious and although it was Thai style fortunately the bed was Western style . Breakfast under the trees in the relative cool of the morning was delightful. The Amata Lanna is really a B&B type hotel but there are several restaurants nearby. The Night Market is within comfortable walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and they epitomised The land of smiles , always smiling. A residence with character that is highy recommended. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Hotels RecommendDestination:Chiang Mai Location:City, Thapae Soi 3 Address:19 Tapae Soi 3, Tapae Road City:Changklan, Muang, Chiang Mai 50100 Start Rate:50 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:39:21 GMT) Destination:Krabi Location:Ao Nang Address:157/14 Moo 2, Ao Nang City:Muang, Krabi 81000 Start Rate:38 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 20:37:49 GMT) Destination:Chiang Mai Location:Hangdong, Baanpong Address:192 Moo 2 Banpong, Hangdong City:Chiangmai 50230 Start Rate:135 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:39:21 GMT) Destination:Bangkok Location:Sathorn Road Address:13/3 South Sathorn Road City:Bangkok 10120 Start Rate:200 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:39:20 GMT) Destination:Trang Location:Trang, Koh Mook Address:29 Jermpanya Road, Tatiang, City:Muang,Trang 92000 Start Rate:76 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 20:45:32 GMT) Destination:Pattaya Location:Pattaya North Road Address:179/168 Moo 5, North Pattaya Road, City:Naklua, Banglamung, Pattaya City, Chonburi 20150 Start Rate:60 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 20:45:22 GMT) Destination:Koh Tao Location:Koh Tao, Mae Haad Address:27 Moo 2 Koh Tao City:Suratthani 84280 Start Rate:67 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:41:25 GMT) Destination:Koh Tao Location:Koh Tao, Sairee Beach Address:14/11 Haad Sairee, Koh Tao City:Suratthani 84360 Start Rate:40 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:41:25 GMT) Destination:Nonthaburi Location:Nonthaburi Address:2/21-24 Moo 2, Suan Yai, City:Mueng District, Nonthaburi 1100 Start Rate:72 USD (Rate as of May 23 2012 19:39:19 GMT) Destination:Chiang Mai Location:City, Chang Klan Road Address:99 Sridonchai Rd.
