I had booked two double rooms with sawadee.com, however when the confirmation email was sent to the hotel it stated (2 double/twin rooms) which the hotel took to mean that we wanted a double and a twin. When we informed the hotel that this was not what we had booked, they proceeded to argue with us and tell us that we had booked the wrong thing and then blamed the website. The management were very rude and unaccommodating. A shame for such a beautiful resort. Upon leaving the management again embarrassed themselves by accusing my partner and I of breaking the seal on a bottle of water in the minibar and then replacing it. However, what did concern us was the following, we were allocated rooms 435 and 436, almost next to the fire excape, which was padlocked from the inside, and no way out. Although you always hope that it would never be used, the hotel is old and you never know what can happen, this issue has to be addressed, if we are to return to this hotel. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
