My only complaint would be that we asked far in advance for an ocean view and were placed in the very back row of rooms furthest away from the water. It s also a LOT of walking. So for anyone with physical limitations, I would not recommend staying here. The room was nice, aircon was great, the outlook was loveley, and our two days here were just paradise... but i think much of that is thanks to Phi Phi Island itself. The journey was a disaster, took over three hours (normally 1.5 hrs), took us to an agenicy who tried to sell us accomodation that we did not need, and I finally had to pay the last part of the journey myself.
